While We Sleep

While We Sleep explores the world left behind as everyone retires for the night. As the streets of Bozeman lay empty, a new world comes to life illuminated by only the lights left on. Lights expose empty scenes as a reminder of where we walk in the daylight. These lights shine through playing as spotlights in a sea of shadow, each begging for attention. Exploring these places left vacant, I have found many compositions that beg to be captured as if they were there for me to find. This series is simply a vessel to showcase the haunting yet captivating beauty of the spaces left abandoned to the night.
